Fees & Terms

• Work Day: $900 per day

(8-hour time frame, including 6 working hours plus lunch & proper breaks)

• Travel Day: $450
  

• Overtime: $225 per hour

• Per diem: $90
  

Cancellation Fees

• 50% of entire assignment, if the client notifies in less than 30 days before event

• 100% of entire assignment, if the client notifies in less than 14 days before event

• Should the interpreter become unavailable to execute the contract assignment, s/he is responsible for providing a replacement interpreter and additional travel expenses not covered by the contract
